TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Instructors are self employed. The contract between the pupil and the instructor is subject to the following terms and conditions;

Timing, location and duration of the lessons are subject to agreement between the instructor and the pupil.

Payment for lessons should be made in advance or at the beginning of the lesson for pay-as-you-learn.

The lesson fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled without a minimum of 48 hours notice.

(Intensive/ Crash Courses require longer notice)

 Always check with your instructor before booking a practical test.

Instructors have the right to refuse the use of their vehicle for practical tests.

Instructors have the right to rearrange lessons to a time convenient to both parties if the instructor or their vehicle is not available for any reason.

Taking lessons is considered acceptance of these terms.
